Placing an order for one of our programs, such as the Strategy/Discord/Manual program.

If you place an order with us, we store the following data: your name, address details, telephone number, your payment details and the content of your order. We use this information to be able to process your order. We keep this data for 7 years.

Registration webinar or event

When you register for a webinar or an event, we store the following data: your name, address details, telephone number and your payment details (if it is a paid event) and the webinars and events for which you have registered. We keep this data for 7 years.

Contact our support department

If you contact our support department, we will keep the messages you send us for a maximum of 7 years.

With whom do we share your data

For the processing of your orders and the support of our digital services, we use various partners in the field of payment services, hosting, maintenance and support of our websites and applications.
